Selection Process
The selection process is job-related and competitive in nature. The process is designed to determine a candidate's potential for success in the training and probation period, and as an IERSS personnel. The first step in the selection process is to complete our entrance exam application.
After applying, the complete selection process consists of: (With Applicant's Consent)
Entrance Examination
First Interview
Physical Ability Test, and Psychological Evaluation
Background & Reference Check
Medical Examination
Final Interview
Preferential Credits
If you have served in the Military, Law Enforcement, Special Services, Fire Service, Civil Aviation, Merchant Marine, Diplomatic Service, International and Intergovernmental Organizations like - UN, WHO, Interpol, etc., you may be eligible to have extra points added to your selection process. The preferential credits are only applied to the successful candidate's final score. Preferential credits are given only during the recruitment and not on promotion opportunities.
