The International Environmental Research and Safety Service (IERSS) is a global organization dedicated to environmental research, safety standards, and sustainable development. Founded to address critical environmental issues, IERSS conducts innovative research, advocates for policy changes to promote environmental protection and sustainability, and fosters international collaboration. ''Integritati servimus, et cum honore vivimus'' — our motto is more than just a statement, it is the foundation of our organization. 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, we are always ready to serve.

What makes the IERSS? It’s our people. Our organization is our home; where people feel they belong; where their talent is nurtured, where health is positively promoted, and opportunity maximized.
Our tasks are always delivered directly by our officials through human interaction. They are our greatest asset.
The more diverse a team is, the greater the pool of skills available, and we harness this diversity in order to maximize talent in support of operational effectiveness.
IERSS officials are honest, act with integrity, and do not compromise or abuse their position.

Deep within the strength of the IERSS are three “core values”, a small set of guiding principles intended to guide and inspire us in all we say and do. The enormous commitment necessary to perform the Organization's tasks requires excellence of character.
Honesty - Honesty is a quality you develop by adhering to moral principles. It requires that you do and say nothing that deceives others. As your honesty grows, so does the confidence of others in you.
Professionalism - The faithful observance of duty calls for us to fulfill our obligations honestly and professionally. We serve with the utmost integrity. We conduct in the highest ethical manner in all relationships with peers, superiors and subordinates. We inspire each other through pride in our organization, which is a belief that every action reflects on all the members of the organization, both past and present.
Respect - Respect is what allows us to appreciate the best in other people. We pledge to treat others with dignity and respect while expecting others to do the same.
By combining all of the components of our core values, the IERSS will maintain its constant state of readiness to meet all challenges, traditional and new.
